Rory and Terry Shelby

Rory and Terry Shelby are sweethearts who have celebrated more then 35 years of adventures together. They reside in Bend, Oregon and were introduced to the Emerald Coast more then 20 years ago when their best couple friends moved to Panama City Beach. Over the years, they have returned time and time again and dreamed of owning their own beach house.

In 2019, the stars aligned, and Terry and Rory had the opportunity to purchase this property. Just months after they closed, Terry found out she had cancer and would undergo surgery in Jacksonville. The serenity of this special spot would provide the perfect backdrop on her journey to remission. Though they hope to retire to Panama City Beach in the future, the pull of their grown children and 5 grandchildren keep them happily anchored in Oregon (for now!). They are excited to share their dream beach house and hope your time here provides the same rest and renewal it has provided them.
